🇫🇷 Le 19 novembre 2026, à 19 h, Marie Martine Bédard présente son spectacle Comme la rivière | Musique et résilience à l’Usine Rolland de Sainte-Adèle, un spectacle-conférence où territoire, science, musique et art féministe se rencontrent.
Avec sa complice de composition Christine Roberge, elle revisite les chansons de son dernier album, Projet Hippocampe, créées à partir de musiques issues de ses propres électroencéphalogrammes tandis qu’en première partie, l’artiste et chercheur Nicolas Reeves dévoilera la démarche scientifique à l’origine de cette création. Présentée avec le soutien de la Ville de Sainte-Adèle, cette soirée prend tout son sens sur les bords de la rivière du Nord, au cœur des Laurentides qui ont nourri sa reconstruction.

On November 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., Marie Martine Bédard presents her show Comme la rivière | Musique et résilience at the Usine Rolland in Sainte-Adèle — a a concert and talk where landscape, science, music, and feminist art converge. Together with her songwriting partner Christine Roberge, she revisits songs from her latest album, Projet Hippocampe — tracks created using music derived from her own electroencephalograms — while artist and researcher Nicolas Reeves opens the evening by revealing the scientific process behind the work. Presented with the support of the City of Sainte-Adèle, the event takes on special significance on the banks of the Rivière du Nord, in the heart of the Laurentians — the region that nurtured her journey of rebuilding.
